Create extinit.h (and xf86Extensions.h, for Xorg-specific extensions) to hold all our extension initialisation prototypes, rather than duplicating them everywhere. Yaakov Selkowitz	abf4e0b7e3	New header for XF86Bigfont server functions ... Xext/xf86bigfont.c contains three non-static functions which are called elsewhere in the server.
