This PR replaces (just for the Fossil Hybrid HR) the current watchface configuration screen with the native Gadgetbridge app manager. Bonus feature: when multiple watchfaces are installed on the watch, they can be switched by tapping on them.

- enable/disable weather app from the watchapp list
- convert weather data to a format that can be displayed by the system app
TODO: send the weather data periodically
- properly intert apps reported from pebble into the corresponding tab
- disable tracking of installed apps
- disable drag and drop for apps and watchfaces
- ...
- grab icon to move apps
- cache can be sorted but nothing will be send to watch
- if sorting apps or watchfaces, order will be sent to watch
- we try to keep track of what is installed and what not
