Such an interface would allow us to easily implement AddRangeList() and DeleteRangeList() (both of which are not currently implemented because they rely on access to private members of CRangeList). Consider adding an IRangeListEnumerator interface to provide such functionality, then AddRangeList() and DeleteRangeList().
