- Can be started using `am startservice com.google.android.gms/org.microg.gms.gcm.mcs.McsService` on device
- Does not send Heartbeats -> Connection will be closed after 30 minutes
- No automatic reconnect on connection closure
- Only push, no bidirectional communication
