get rid of constructors which take QVariantList args as much as possible

was used to pass in URLs to construct the applet with ... which is
not the nicest of APIs as it is entirely undocumentable

The Big Move
...
All cpp code moves into the src/ subdirectory, as the Frameworks policy
suggests.
Directory structure should now be in line with other, future frameworks.
