81302acf9d Fix namespacing 
It seems QtQuick2 is more picky about imports inside components in the
same directory (i.e. import "."). We can work around this, however, by
putting it in a namespace.

Makes all the values in enums.h accessible, and generally not error out
when we're importing ".".

4eb4608608 Buildsystem changes for qtextracomponents plugin 
Basically disables everything from the build. Does not compile like this
yet, but it's disabled in the toplevel anyway.

17ee518ccc implicit{Width|Height} have moved into QQuickItem 
These properties can just be ditched since they're available in our grandparent now.

e3149f9c77 Work on IconItem 
The sizing we get is messed up, and the first pixmap (which we try to
use) has size 0x0. Needs fixing.
