c8734602b8 Use non-deprecated types and methods: 
WFlags -> WindowFlags (it's a typedef, and it's BC, nm says QFlags<Qt::WindowType>)
toAscii -> toLatin1
fromAscii -> fromLatin1
as suggested by Treeve Jelbert on kde-frameworks-devel

0ed74e50d0 QML Plasma Components: fix a bug in scrollbar anchoring 
Scrollbars can only be anchored to the associated flickable if it is
their parent or they share the same parent. The plausibility check
for this condition had a bug exluding also the latter case. That's fixed
now.

8b6a248033 Package install and uninstall are now non-static async 
Installation and uninstallation of packages is now done in an instance
of the package. The methods return a KJob* which can be used to track
progress and result. The real work is done in a thread in order to make
it possible to not block the UI.

d9b054b3bc Fix build after bad merge, by restoring these files to their frameworks version. 
Aseigo told me to use "git checkout --theirs applet.h" in order to
"take the 4.10 version of the changes where there were conflicts",
but it turns out that this was very bad advice: it loses ALL the changes
ever made to the file in the frameworks branch.

Dialogs are always plasma-themed, and if possible are inline.
only if there is not enough space (like in a panel) they get moved in a separate window
this removes quite some c++ usage and hopefully solves some layouting problems in dialogs

7b6d50b3c6 fix scrollbar anchors 
make scrollbar anchor to root, so the binding doesn't break at the moment of creation when they are parentless for a moment

also, clip the flickable, not the scrollares

da4e133c6d Make enum values accessible as plasmoid.Planar etc 
Any qml object that will be calles as an enum value, like Planar {} Application{}
etc will make enums inaccessible.
maintain them global, for retrocompatibility, but register them also under plasmoid
