This enables, ports where necessary, the rest of the DataEngine classes,
ServiceJob handling, and RunnerManager.
Now, more or less only Dialog and ToolTip are unported. Those will need
reimplementations for QtQuick2.
All cpp code moves into the src/ subdirectory, as the Frameworks policy
suggests.
Directory structure should now be in line with other, future frameworks.
