Replace doxygen tag @arg by @param.
...
The @param doxygen tag is formatted way nicer and should be used
throughout our apidox.

Plasma::Style to achieve that, since it's a kinda repetitive thing and
comboboxes and spinboxes are complex controls
the svg used will probably change
