move javascript engine and plasmapkg to runtime; libplasma uses plasmapkg via knewstuff and 3rd party apps with to use both that and the javascript engine. no new dependencies on runtime are incurred with this change

make dataengines work:
...
* replace spaces with _s in property names
* fix time types
* the function will be called dataUpdate instead of dataUpdated unless someone can come up with a brilliant solution (AppletInterface *has* a dataUpdated alread, and that causes problems!)
