9d61df3894 default config was completely unused 
this was probably not helped by lack of documentation, but it is most
likely because we never found a real world use case for it. all use
cases we can currently imagine are able to be handled using other methods

8d37df4b8f Remove moc includes that can be omitted. 
Mostly these are "<name>.moc" style includes which are incorrect
compared to qmake and cmake automoc behaviour.

41bb1efb74 PackageStructure no longer does widget browser UI 
too many problems with this: device appropriateness, not all packages are widgets, requires PackageStructure to be a QObject, etc..

3924d218a4 cache the values for size and resize method 
the main advantage to this is that only when the object signals a change
will the values be re-checked, which means that the wallpaper pointer
can be deleted behind our backs and we won't care

16b5fcc766 cache whether or not the wallaper is actually a full package (dir + metadata) and on render hints changing just look for the best paper if we are a full package; preserves rendering for single image papers in the wallpaper config

9d452dc2ea a basic plugin skeleton 
this is based off the wallpaper plugin. lots of copy&paste happened. the
dataengine code is still in there, just in case some plugin wants it
someday...

6755a8f309 now that we use plasmapkg via knewstuff to do the installation, we shouldn't try and repeat the trick ourselves afterwards. it gives the illusion that packages aren't installed when they really are.
