5cfabdc869 Plasma::Svg debuts. it is an image centric wrapper around QSvgRenderer that takes care of things such as: 
* caching rendered pixmaps
* looking up the images from the Plasma::Theme
* scheduling needed updates, e.g. when the plasma theme changes
