control on the moving of the applets installing event filters on them and fixes the moving of the applet Icon in some

Commit my sok project that has been laying around for a while. Shows an overlay on a file's icon, that a KIO job is being performed (e.g download/copy/move) on that same file/folder. Helps in associating regular job notifications with the file managers. If something has broken in KIO wrt job notifications (poke me), it's probably this. Not to say that I didn't test it a lot, just that there could be unforeseen consequences. Feature requires a simple kdirmodel && kfileitemdelegate call to be made to enable it. also note: KIO jobs talk directly to kuiserver, the latter of which acts as a relay to anything interested in that information.(inseparable from workspace & runtime previous commit)

handle the caching case in setImagePath properly; this is a significant increase in complexity in this rather fundamental method. in combination with the change in Svg::setImagePath to call FrameSvg::setImagePath directly (due to an API wart i only today noticed), this has the potential to cause new issues, though it is running quite nicely on my system. needs extensive testing, but should also hopefully take care of the remaining crash being seen related to the FrameData cache

libplasma

This directory contains the classes making up libplasma, which provides the
core framework used by Plasma applictions, such as the Plasma desktop shell
and its components. This includes applet and extension definitions and loading,
common GUI elements, data and service interaction, search system, etc.

Domain specific sets of functionality, e.g. for network awareness or sensors,
are not found here but as DataEngine, Service, Applet, PackageStructure, etc
plugins.

Commit Guidelines:
* If your patch is not an obvious or trivial bug fix, have it peer reviewed
  by another Plasma developer; http://reviewboard.kde.org is your friend :)

* All code MUST follow the kdelibs coding style, as found at:
        http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/Kdelibs_Coding_Style

* All new public API MUST have apidox written before committing and must go
  through an API review with another Plasma developer. We have to maintain
  binary compatibility, remember!

Unit tests are next to godliness. (Though as you can see, right now libplasma
is hellbound.)

Please refer to the Plasma website (http://plasma.kde.org) and Plasma wiki
(http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Plasma) for API documentation and design
documents regarding this library.
