Fix documentation for ChannelHandlerContext#fireChannelReadComplete

Motivation:
Fix a minor documentation bug in
ChannelHandlerContext#fireChannelReadComplete.

Modifications:
ChannelHandlerContext#fireChannelReadComplete no longer references an
incorrect method in its javadoc.

Results:
Documentation is correct.
