Use OpenSslClientContext as default if openssl is avaible

Motivation:

As we now support OpenSslEngine for client side, we should use it when avaible.

Modifications:

Use SslProvider.OPENSSL when openssl can be found

Result:

OpenSslEngine is used whenever possible
