We need to ensure we use the correct osname in the Bundle-NativeCode declaration as declared in:

https://www.osgi.org/developer/specifications/reference/

Modifications:

Update osname to match the spec.

Result:

Correct Bundle-NativeCode entry in the MANIFEST
