[#5402] sec-websocket-origin should mention HTTPS

Motivation:

When HTTPS is used we should use https in the sec-websocket-origin / origin header

Modifications:

- Correctly generate the sec-websocket-origin / origin header
- Add unit tests.

Result:

Generate correct header.
