Add HttpObjectEncoderBenchmark

Motivation:
Benchmark to measure HttpObjectEncoder performance.

Modifications:
- Create new benchmark HttpObjectEncoderBenchmark

Result:
JMH Microbenchmark for HttpObjectEncoder.
