Fix ChannelOutboundHandlerAdapter javadoc

Motivation:

ChannelOutboundHandlerAdapter's javadoc has some minor issues.

Modifications:

Fix the minor javadoc issues and resolves #4752.

Result:

ChannelOutboundHandlerAdapter's javadoc issues are fixed.
