[#3373] Rename class to match naming scheme

Motivation:

The ReplayingDecoderBuffer does not match the naming scheme we use for ByteBuf types.

Modifications:

Rename to ReplayingDecoderByteBuf to match naming scheme

Result:

Consistent naming
