[#3592] Flush when writing HttpChunkedInput

Motivation:

We missed to flush the channel when using HttpChunkedInput (this is done when using SSL). This will result in a stale.

Modifications:

Replace ctx.write(...) with ctx.writeAndFlush(...)

Result:

Correctly working example.
