Fix buffer leaks in DnsResponseDecoder and DnsResponseDecoderTest

Motivation:

There were two buffer leaks in the codec-dns.

Modifications:

- Fix buffer leak in DnsResponseTest.readResponseTest()
- Correctly release DnsResources on Exception

Result:

No more buffer leaks in the codec-dns module.
