[#2572] Correctly calculate length of output buffer before inflate to fix IndexOutOfBoundException
Motivation: JdkZlibDecoder fails to decode because the length of the output buffer is not calculated correctly. This can cause an IndexOutOfBoundsException or data-corruption when the PooledByteBuffAllocator is used. Modifications: Correctly calculate the length Result: No more IndexOutOfBoundsException or data-corruption.
