Revamp InboundHttp2ToHttpAdapter builder API
Related: #4572 #4574 Motivation: Consistency in our builder API design Modifications: - Add AbstractInboundHttp2ToHttpAdapterBuilder - Replace the old 'Builder's with InboundHttp2ToHttpAdapterBuilder and InboundHttp2ToHttpPriorityAdapterBuilder Result: Builder API consistency
