Only deploy snapshots for one arch

Motivation:

We need to find a way to deploy SNAPSHOTS for different arch with the same timestamp. Otherwise it will cause problems.

Modification:

Skip all other deploys then x86_64

Result:

Users are able to use SNAPSHOTS for x86_6
