RtspHeaders and its inner classes do not extend HttpHeaders anymore because RTSP user should not see non-RTSP header constants when he or she static-imported RtspHeaders.

* Renamed toString(int, int, Charset) to getString(...)
* Removed some toString() methods which were added in the previous alpha releases - I will add an alternative method later
