Motivation: Our last-minute change that made AbstractChannelHandlerContext implement PausableChannelEventExecutor broke the socksproxy example. Modifications: AbstractChannelHandlerContext does not inherit from PausableChannelEventExecutor anymore. Instead we'll allocate an extra object on demand.
