- Replace ByteBufferBackedByteBuf with DirectByteBuf - Make DirectByteBuf and HeapByteBuf dynamic - Remove DynamicByteBuf - Replace Unpooled.dynamicBuffer() with Unpooled.buffer() and directBuffer() - Remove ByteBufFactory (will be replaced with ByteBufPool later) - Add ByteBuf.Unsafe (might change in the future)
