Norman Maurer abdaa769de Remove Void*Promise (#11348) ... Motivation: Sometime in the past we introduced the concept of Void*Promise. As it turned out this was not a good idea at all as basically each handler in the pipeline need to be very careful to correctly handle this. We should better just remove this "optimization".
