Norman Maurer 198dde33b3 Optimize the http-codec to be much faster then before.

This includes the following changes:
  * Rewrite HttpObjectDecoder to use ByteToMessageDecoder
  * Optimize parsing of the header
  * Allow to disable the header validation for performance reason
  * Not need to validate kwown header names and values
  * Minimize access of ThreadLocals
  * Optimize parsing of initial line

You require the following to build Netty:

Latest stable Oracle JDK 7
Latest stable Apache Maven

Note that this is build-time requirement. JDK 5 (for 3.x) or 6 (for 4.0) is enough to run your Netty-based application.
