Fix HttpHeaderValue#XML_HTTP_REQUEST case (#11433) ...

Motivation:

HTTP header values are case sensitive. The expected value for `x-request-with` header is `XMLHttpRequest`, not `XmlHttpRequest`.

Modification:

Fix constant's case.

Result:

Correct `XMLHttpRequest` HTTP header value.
