Trustin Lee 2fadef31ef Fire channelRead() event immediately in OIO message channels

Motivation:

OIO transport implementations block for at most 1 second to wait for
additional messages (or accepted connections).

However, because AbstractOioMessageChannel defers the channelRead()
events for the messages read so far until there's nothing to read up to
maxMessagesPerRead, any read operation will be followed by a 1-second
delay.

Modifications:

Fire channelRead() events as soon as doRead() returns so that there is
no 1 second delay between the actual read and the channelRead() event.

Result:

No more weird 1-second delay

Note that this is build-time requirement. JDK 5 (for 3.x) or 6 (for 4.0+) is enough to run your Netty-based application.

Branches to look

The 'master' branch is where the development of the latest major version lives on. The development of all other major versions takes place in each branch whose name is identical to its major version number. For example, the development of 3.x and 4.x resides in the branch '3' and the branch '4' respectively.
