Trustin Lee 41d44a8161 Remove 'get' prefix from all HTTP/SPDY messages
Motivation:

Persuit for the consistency in method naming

Modifications:

- Remove the 'get' prefix from all HTTP/SPDY message classes
- Fix some inspector warnings
