Bryce Anderson 44b919b698 Remove the maxChunkSize parameter for HTTP codecs (#8671) ... Motivation: The `maxChunkSize` only serves to split available content into even smaller chunks which is not all that useful since the data is already buffered. Modification: Remove the parameter.
