Motivation: SlicedByteBuf can be used for any ByteBuf implementations and so can not do any optimizations that could be done when AbstractByteBuf is sliced. Modifications: - Add SlicedAbstractByteBuf that can eliminate range and reference count checks for _get* and _set* methods.
