Motivation:

`RandomAccessFile.setLength` may throw an IOException. We must deal with this in case of the occurrence of `I/O` error.

Modification:

Place the `RandomAccessFile.setLength` method call in the `try-finally` block.

Result:

Avoid fd leak.
