Motivation:

The current GOAWAY methods are in each endpoint and are a little
confusing since their called connection.<endpoint>.goAwayReceived().

Modifications:

Moving GOAWAY methods to connection with more clear names
goAwaySent/goAwayReceived.

Result:

The GOAWAY method names are more clear.
