To allow callers to reset a `Bootstrap` instance's resolver group, we could either make `DEFAULT_RESOLVER` public, or we could allow callers to pass `null` as an argument to `Bootstrap#resolver(AddressResolverGroup<?>)`. This pull request does the latter.
