Motivation: DuplicatedByteBuf can be used for any ByteBuf implementations and so can not do any optimizations that could be done when AbstractByteBuf is duplicated. Modifications: - Add DuplicatedAbstractByteBuf that can eliminate range and reference count checks for _get* and _set* methods.
