Carl Mastrangelo 5e86325a8c Remove unused method from native epoll

Motivation:

Unused methods create warnings on some C compilers.  It may not be feasible to selectively turn them off.

Modifications:

Remove createInetSocketAddress as it is unused.

Result:

Less noisy compilation
