This change also introduce a few other changes which was needed: * ChannelHandler.beforeAdd(...) and ChannelHandler.beforeRemove(...) were removed * ChannelHandler.afterAdd(...) -> handlerAdded(...) * ChannelHandler.afterRemoved(...) -> handlerRemoved(...) * SslHandler.handshake() -> SslHandler.hanshakeFuture() as the handshake is triggered automatically after the Channel becomes active
