Norman Maurer 9e02a9bbee Move validatePromise(...) to ChannelHandlerInvokerUtil. Related to [#2398] ... Motivation: Once a user implement a custom ChannelHandlerInvoker it is needed to validate the ChannelPromise. We should expose a utility method for this.
