Motivation: It's better to have some tests for FullMemcacheMessageRequest and FullMemcacheMessageResponse to avoid regression like #5197. Modifications: Add tests for FullMemcacheMessageRequest and FullMemcacheMessageResponse. Result: There are some basic tests for FullMemcacheMessageRequest and FullMemcacheMessageResponse.
