Trustin Lee 1f69e664fb Forward-port JDK ZlibEncoder patch (#404)
- Rename ZlibEncoder/Decoder to JZlibEncoder/Decoder
- Define a new ZlibEncoder/Decoder class
- Add JdkZlibEncoder
- All JZlib* and JdkZlib* extends ZlibEncoder/Decoder
- Add ZlibCodecFactory and use it everywhere
