- Now works without the transport package - Renamed TransferFuture to ProgressiveFuture and ChannelProgressiveFuture / same for promises - ProgressiveFutureListener now extends GenericProgressiveFutureListener and GenericFutureListener (add/removeTransferListener*() were removed) - Renamed DefaultEventListeners to DefaultFutureListeners and only accept GenericFutureListeners - Various clean-up
