田欧 e8efcd82a8 migrate java8: use requireNonNull (#8840)
Motivation:

We can just use Objects.requireNonNull(...) as a replacement for ObjectUtil.checkNotNull(....)

Modifications:

- Use Objects.requireNonNull(...)

Result:

Less code to maintain.
