Motivation:

See #82.

Modifications:

- Added `isText` to validate if the given ByteBuf is compliant with the specified charset.
- Optimized for UTF-8 and ASCII. For other cases, `CharsetDecoder.decoder` is used.

Result:

Users can validate ByteBuf with given charset.
