Motivation: Unnecessary flushes reduce the amount of flush coalescing that can happen at higher levels and thus can increase number of packets (because of TCP_NODELAY) and lower throughput (due to syscalls, TLS frames, etc) Modifications: Replace writeAndFlush(...) with write(...)
