Trustin Lee f979c17b67 Revert "Fix #1075 : DefaultChannelHandlerContext.fireChannelSuspended and fireInboundBufferUpdated do not work correctly if handlers with EventExecutor are added or removed from pipeline."

This reverts commit 273948055a5ae38a01f1f24f64026aaa1a8bf0a5, which is
incorrect.

You require the following to build Netty:

Latest stable Oracle JDK 7
Latest stable Apache Maven

Note that this is build-time requirement. JDK 5 (for 3.x) or 6 (for 4.0) is enough to run your Netty-based application.
