Fix NORMAL_COLOR_ATTR definition

NORMAL_COLOR_ATTR hardcoded white-on-black text. Fix this to reset to
the actual user-controlled defaults.

This resolves white-on-black text after errors on a black-on-white
terminal (issue #10).
